I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology from Providence College.  My active memberships include Phi Alpha Honors Society, National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and New Jersey Association of Women Therapists (NJAWT).

Therapy focus includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic Theory, and Gottman Couples Therapy though sessions may incorporate other modalities, as needed.  My certification in Somatic Embodiment and Emotional Regulation will guide sessions toward understanding symptoms from a biological perspective.
